Brevard Symphony Orchestra announces new their Executive Director, Brevard-native Hadassah Etienne 

(MELBOURNE, Fla.) – The Brevard Symphony Orchestra (BSO) is proud to announce Hadassah Etienne as their new Executive Director, effective December 1, 2024. Etienne brings a wealth of BSO, Brevard, and business knowledge to this role.  

Hadassah Etienne is a proud Brevard-native. Growing up, she was a violinist in the Brevard Symphony Youth Orchestra (BSYO). After graduating from Melbourne High School, she enrolled at Florida Tech and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Administration. Hadassah has been serving as the Executive Assistant with the Brevard Symphony Orchestra since August 2023. “Hadassah has been with the BSO for over a year and has performed brilliantly and proven to be invaluable,” says BSO Board Chair Janet Forrer, “Her degree is in business management and administration. The BSO has certainly benefited from her experience and congratulates Hadassah on her promotion to Executive Director.”

Maestro Christopher Confessore, the BSO’s thirty-year Music Director and Principal Conductor remarks, “I am excited to welcome Hadassah as the BSO's new Executive Director. I look forward to working with her as the BSO strives to bring the very best in orchestral music to all of Brevard County and beyond.”
